An Ultimate List of Feel-Good Movies

An Ultimate List of Feel-Good Movies

Hi everyone,

I hope you are all staying well and safe. Last week was my final week as an undergraduate student, and I don’t know what to feel. I don’t know if I am happy, if I am sad or if I am relieved. Now that I have more time, I wanted to watch and re-watch some movies that make me feel good and happy.

Mamma Mia

Call me cheesy, but this movie puts everyone in a good mood, and I think I know all the songs from the first one!

Pitch Perfect

This is definitely one of my favourite movies. I have watched the three of them more than three times already, and I love them! Anna Kendrick, Rebel Wilson, Anna Camp and Brittany Snow are a bunch of heavenly comedic on-screen characters who star in this melodic satire film. The plot follows an all-young lady a cappella gathering, The Barden Bellas, as they contend to win Nationals.

Legally Blonde

You have probably already watched this movie, but it is the story of an innocent Beverly Hills sorority girl who defies judgement and heartbreak to become Harvard’s top lawyer.

Crazy Rich Asians

I saw this movie for the first time last year, and I was laughing so much that I really want to re-watch. It is the story of Rachel, a professor, who dates a man named Nick and looks forward to meeting his family. However, she is shaken up when she learns that Nick belongs to one of the richest families in the country.

Clueless

This is an old movie as well, but it is easy to like and simple to watch since it is a comedy. The story is about Cher, a rich high-school student who is learning to cope with adolescence and its problems. She also helps a new student gain popularity and, in the process, discovers her own feelings.

Disney movies

In my opinion, Disney movies are always the best to watch when you want to be in a happy mood – they are all good, and it is tough for me to recommend just one. My favourite movie since I was a child is Monsters Inc., I love that movie and have watched it probably 100 times, and I am not joking.
